Just for this morning, I am going to step over the laundry, and pick you up and take you to the park to play

Just for this morning, I will leave the dishes in the sink, and let you teach me how to play your favorite game

Just for this afternoon, I will unplug the phone and keep the computer off, and sit with you in the backyard and blow bubbles

Just for this afternoon, I will not yell once, instead I will share an ice cream cone with you

Just for this evening, I will invite you to help me make dinner, and when you want to put spinkles on everything, I won't stop you

Just for this evening, I will fall asleep with you in my arms, and remember that you are forever my baby

Boys will play on vacation

This week Jeremy had the opportunity to take Eric and Timo on a short 24 hour vacation to Florida! They fly to Orlando, drove to Cocoa Beach, played in the warm Altantic ocean, and then got to go eat and play at the World's largest McDonald's! Then they flew home! It was a busy, busy day for the three of them, but they created some life long memories together!

Afghan for Tanner Shumate

This is the latest in a long line of afghan I've created for the Shumate clan. This one is for Tanner Shumate, a friend in Eric's kindergarten class and in our church.

Alone in Boise

This week our little boys are spending some much needed time in Wendell, Idaho (near Boise) with their cousins, Jojo and Chris, and my Aunt Teresa. While they were gone, Mommy and Daddy went to Boise for a 24 hour trip! This is us standing near the Boise Depot.
